Presentation of Questionnaire at each Mass
Sunday 9th. March

My name is………….
I am a member of the Parish Pastoral Council nominated to help Father John and Father Tom in Pastoral matters of the Parish.

Following last year’s “Seeking The Face Of Christ”, the Bishop has listed a range of pastoral proposals.
 
At the recent feedback meeting the Bishop highlighted the importance of us all taking part in the process of deciding the priorities for our parish.
He said:

“OUR CHURCH SHOULD ALLOW GOD TO UNCOVER HIS FACE TO US.

WE SHOULD LISTEN TO ONE ANOTHER AS WELL AS LISTEN TO THE LORD.

THE EUCHARIST SHOULD RESULT IN CONCRETE ACTIONS OF LOVE. IF NOT, IT IS FRAGMENTED”

We need to give our feedback on the proposals by the end of this month,
and decide what to give priority to in our own parish.  
Before you leave today could you please help us by completing the questionnaire we have left for you and place it at the end of your bench. ( Pennine Road: give it to ………….who will be at the at the exit)

We understand that this doesn’t give you much time to reflect on the questions but your answers will be hugely beneficial in helping us set priorities.
There will be opportunities to discuss these and other issues relating to the Diocese at four open meetings which will be listed in the bulletin.

Could you please indicate what priority you feel  EACH  item has. 1 being the highest priority and 4 being the lowest priority. Please give a score to each item.

If you feel there is anything missing please add it to the back of the paper or write by email or letter to Father John.
